teamwork mean that u always stay together know matter what happen
It means working together, sharing ideas, and opinions, not being too bossy, which means everyone being equal, but different, and being an organized group, to accomplish a common goal.
Teamwork is when all individuals, who make the team, have the same goal and look at each other as equals not as one better than the other.
Let me tell you a dirty secret: only the bosses asking about "team work". If you are a boss, training every person who are working for you, and ask them work as a team. Or else, put "team work" on your mouth only; or stay at bottom forever, if that is what you want.
