It doesn't make sense that it would cause creativity, for two reasons. First creativity is a normal capability for people with normal brains. It is simply the ability to use the imagination to visualize novel associations. Everyone can do this, although some have more finely developed creativity behavior patterns.
Second, the known mental process to create these novel associations has nothing to do with ocular dominance, hand dominance, or cross dominance.
