How can I look 25 when I am 35?

what kind of diet and medicines do one have to take to look 25 when he (she) is 35?

Answer:
Miracle ones..
Behave !
I'm 14 and our music teacher is 35 years old which looks like 24 or 25 and she said her scret is just to ^_^ or :-) or :-D.
its about attitude, think your 25 and your half way there and drink water, sleep well, eat your greens, eat less meat, use eye gel, take vitamin e, cut down on alcohol , don't sunbath and the don't do the biggest cause of premature ageing out these, which is smoking.
No diet required
No medication required.
Mindset required.

Don't smoke, don't drink too much, and eat healthy and you'll be fine. I'm 26 and got ID'd buying some vodka the other week... And my dad's 52 and his girlfriend believes him to be 36. I guess it helps to have good genes too.
I'm 33 but people say i look 26. Smile often, eat moderately esp lots of vegetables and fish, get rid of those meats, exercise, sleep well and have a positive outlook on life and people.
Get a 25 year old lover!
you can't and once people figure it out and accept their age we won't have a bunch of fat middle aged peopl running around trying to look like a kid! I am proud to say I will grow old gracefully I earned every gray hair on my head, and with each wrinkle that may pop up those are my battle scars, and when people begin to act their age we will all be better off!
Get a young haircut and don't wear frumpy cloths and stay out of the sun. I'm 36 and people think I'm in my late 20's, but it could be genetics.
it is what it is ,with all things going to in this world be happy you lived 35 years, be happy
facial exercise & loads of good skin cream.( with vit's A.E C) Always wear the highest spf you can get hold of everyday, come sun or snow.eat loads of fish salmon ,etc every whk. but have the occasional wine and have some excitment in your life.
I believe it's in the genes. I am in my mid 30s and I still have everyone tell me I look like I'm in my mid 20s. Twice last week, I had my daughter's friend's mother tell me she thought I was my daughter's older sister. And also from my son's dental receptionist...she made a big fuss about how young I looked..yeah, I was a little embarrassed because I'm not really "trying" to look younger.

I was a rebellious child...never really watched what I ate or exercised regularly and I smoked for a while as well. I am very fit and as far as what I eat, I listen to my body. I eat when I'm hungry and whatever I feel like eating...but I stop when I am full and if I'm not in the mood to eat something, I won't touch it even if it's my favorite food. I don't always wash my face at night and yes, I have layed out in the sun...probably more than I should. My skin comes from my mother who always looked younger than she was...well, and I'm Asian as well...I've heard people tell me that Asians and Blacks always look younger than they are.

I wear t-shirts that are fitted but not revealing my cleavage or my belly or anything and I also like to wear jeans that are fitted around my hips and bootcut/flared at the bottom. I don't know if clothes have anything to do with it. And my hair I keep long with big loose curls at the end with side swept bangs and I definitely love to dye it red, black, or brown...depending on my mood. No...no medication at all.

I do know several people who look young for their age and one was a (White) lady I used to work with...she was in her 50s and she, I swear to God, looked early 40s. She smoked, didn't go on diets, didn't really exercise and had a really tough life but man...what a peaceful, strong woman she was. She looked excellent for her age!

You know...now that I am thinking about all the women that I know that looks younger, they are mentally sound and very strong within. Almost to a point where you can feel it just by being in their presence...but above all, they were all themselves, and knew how to laugh and have a great time, and always reached out to those in need of help. And I'm talking about people that "naturally" look younger...not the ones that are piling on makeup and have a tan all year around and just TRYING too hard to look younger.
Fat on the genuinely young teenage girls can look attractive merely because the girls are young and their skin is still healthy looking, and they wear close fitting clothes with their bellies showing because they read the fashion books and know that there is nothing worse than wearing BAGGY clothes to hide fat. BAGGY just makes you look fatter.

When you get older, fat can sometimes (most of the time) look very aging, as most women put on weight as they start having children. So you are categorised in that age bracket, just by your shape. SO slim is best if you are 35. Don't smoke. Don't drink to excess and if your friends are letting themselves grow old gracefully, ie fat, grey haired, comfy clothes, don't make entrances at parties and such, surrounded by them. See them in private. Especially if all they talk about is the cute things their grandkids say. Eat all the healthy foods and any women's mag will tell you what they are. Dress fashionably with modern hairdo, jewellery and shoes. Don't wear too much jewellery. You see middle-aged women wearing stacks of oldfashioned looking rings, with bands and settings too large for the stones, as trophies from all the husbands. If each of their three husbands has given them an engagement ring, a wedding ring, an eternity ring and a ring from a world trip and a ring each time a child was born, this just looks like a lot of junk. When you go to the beach or do sports or are in the hot spa, don't wear jewellery that you would wear iin your everyday life as tho your body is merely a storage rack for it, cos you are afraid to leave it at home for the burglars. When children run around the sporting field, and climb trees and swim, you don't see them loaded down with jewellery. When you are out on a luxury launch, look like you could just throw off your clothes and jump unfettered into the sea, like young people do. This "resort wear" with embroidered anchors on the pockets and braid and rope doo-dads, that spells out MIDDLE-AGE. Keep most of your body covered so any kind of aging doesn't advertise itself. Go to bed with handcream on under white cotton gloves. If Michael Jackson can do it, you can! Don't wear chipped nail polish and if the top of your feet have started shrinking between the tendons/bones like a corpse, don't wear revealing shoes. Bunions and cracked heels are very aging. Don't wear jewel encrusted designer wear sunglasses that cover half your face. Old ladies do that. Keep your roots coloured. Don't get tattoos on parts of your body that will be the first to sag. Because when men say OH YOU HAVE A TAT! LET ME SEE!, he will be examining close up, your dropped bottom, your stretchmarked hip. Hang around with younger people. Tell people you are 25 and be careful how old your rellies look in photos on your mantelpiece. Tell your friends to not reveal your age. If you are caught out with a man your own age but he looks a bit older because he hasn't looked after himself, call him "Dad" when he is out of earshot. Go to the gym so you can run upstairs without puffing. Hauling yourself upstairs by the handrail doesn't make you look young. When you are standing, don't lean on anything. If you are feeling weak, sit down. Only have sex at night in candlelight, or with your clothes on in the day.
don’t drink in access, don’t smoke and drink lots of water. or alternatively invent a time machine ;-)
If you look 35 than you look 35. You can't turn the clock back. Accept being 35, you'll be happier
