Can someone clarify this sentence - please read below?

"A few people can read with their right brain [as in dreams] you are one of these people - most people can't."
i know basically what it means, but i would like some more information on it. can you clarify this for me?

thanx in advance.

Answer:
..It sounds like a false, inaccurate or unfounded statement. For one thing, some people have the language centers on the right side, so the read on the right side while awake. For another thing, we don't dream with just our right brains. We dream with the imagery and information contained in both sides of the cortex, while rest of the brain is inactive, so that it can catch up on clearing itself of the byproducts of daily metabolism.
Well it is obviously a surrealist text but is it a surreal question? I'd have to question it myself to answer you but as it is rhetorical I can't either.
does it mean that you are a dreamer and live in a fantasy world?
it basically means "you're special".

the person who said that is trying to get on your good side, either for personal or commercial reasons.
