What are the qualities that a hard working person must possess?
Answer:
I've watched myself over the years and found that I've struggled at almost all of what I've accomplished. I've also seen that successes have to be gratifying in order to make me want to do more.
I can't say that I can captured an answer in three words, but let me try.
Focus, discipline, and self motivation.
Skill, determination, ability to concentrate, blah, blah, blah...
Dedication, motivation, the desire to succeed, willingness to learn, punctuality, good work ethics, teamwork, being able to work without a lot, if any, supervision, etc.
Diligence and perserverance everything else that you may be thinking would actually just be needed to be successful at a particular task hard working does not imply skill, ability, aptitude, understanding, or effectiveness
