Unknown conspiracy of the politics 20. Easy universal share of wrong facts, thoughts and ideas 21. Speech about the civilization of the past but no civilization at the present;;; In my view, even the written language should be vanish except the mathematical language.

Good heavens! A mathematician in our midst! If we didn't have language we wouldn't have advanced tools or fire. Communication is basic to the development of the human species beyond that of a primate as that allows for learning beyond mere instinct or conditioning, i.e. the dissemination of higher knowledge like mathematics. Mathematics cannot allow for everyday communication and telepathy is science fiction not fact.
As for your postulates: 1,13 is basic primate behaviour. 2 is more to do with aspects of belief not language. 3, 17 supposes that these are basic human abilities when in fact they are more likely exceptional cases. 4,7,18,19,21 is basic to human civilisation not caused by speech. 5,20 supposes that truth is something that can be known and can be imparted by telepathy or maths. 6,9 I'm not even going to respond on. 8,14 Supposes that those thing are unnecessary. 10,11, 16 ?? 12 and maths is always practical? In 15 you reify symbols to a physical thing, paper.
So I cannot agree with your ideas. In fact I believe you should start reading in more categories than the mathematics and science fiction that seems to engage you at present.
