What is memory recall?

how does it work to the brain?

Answer:
Memories are stored in the brain in much the same way that data is stored in a computer.

Certain aspects are turned on or off and pointers lead to other relevant information that makes the memory complete.

This information is stored in the brain in the form of neurons, or nerves, and synapses, or connections, between the neurons. But, it is still a ones and zeros type storage methodology.

The pointers are the key to recalling specific memories within a group of neurons.
