Part time study in psychology?

I want to do a part time study in singapore, but the problem is I'm now holding an engineering degree, questions are
1. Which level should i enter into the study? Doc, Deg, Diploma?
2. Where can I study this part time in singapore?

Answer:
I would think it would be best you start at very beginning. Jumping straight in to do a doctoral program without a psychology background would probably lead to a quick failure.

Search university websites in Singapore, they would have all the information about if they offer psychology courses and such. Also they would have information on if part time study is in fact possible, as has been possible most doctorate programs only take full time students, but sometimes they do accept part time study with their approval.
I don't live in Singapore, but doctorate programs generally only admit full-time students. Hopefully someone else can answer.
