How does a person make him/herself sick?

i heard somebody say this once, and i having little mentally ill myself, it made me wonder how aperson could do such harm to themselves. thank you

Answer:
You mean like gettting sick as in bulemic purging? They just take their two fingures and put them down the back of the throat and it makes you gag. But I don't know how people get themselves to do it.. I could never!
And if you're thinking about doing it. . DON'T. It's not worth it, and the people look really gross after a while because they keep thinking they need to lose more and more weight. And it screws up their singing and talking voice from so much stomache acid. It can even burn holes in your throat.
