Just as beauty is in the eye of the beholder, one man's good is another man's terrible in bed. But you can't go wrong with trying to please.
Well, in my mind, I'd say a few things:
1) You don't feel ashamed.
2) She doesn't have a look saying "That's it?"
But what it comes down to is your own mindset. If you think you're decent, you should be. But if your partner is happy, that's a key sign. Hope it helps!

that is entirely up to the receiver. i don't know what the receiver in question is into.communication will make you much better at sex. talking about sex will improve your relationship, b/c some people find it difficult to talk about, or it will show you where the weaknesses are in it.
It varies for every person, what turns one person on may not turn on another and may even have the opposite effect and turn them off. the way to great sex is communication. don't be afraid to tell your partner what you and/or need. otherwise why are you bothering to have sex in the first place since essentially its not really doing anything for you.
