Have you ever tried to remember something before your first memory?

This might be a weird question, and it's hard to explain, but I've thought about it a lot.

Everyone has a first memory. Have you ever tried to think of what you experienced before that? I've tried several times, and it's creepy that I can't think of anything before it. Maybe it's a stupid thing, but at the least, it's a good way to clear my mind.

Also, my first memory is at the age of five years old on my first day of school. I don't remember experiencing anything before that. Is that unusual? I hear that so many people can remember things from when they were a baby, but I don't remember anything.

Answer:
mm yeah dude its totally normal. unless something tragic happened to you. like tragic meaning something that could hurt you as a child. like a kid beating you up while you were 3 or 4. a 3 or 4 year old wouldnt remember someone dieing if your thinking that type of tragic. caz they dont know what death is.
