Exposure to nightmares?

...if a human being when is born is not expose to all the myth about dead people, scary movies, monsters, harry potter, zombies ect. ect. ect. would they still have nightmares at night?

Answer:
a nightmare can be any dream in which unpleasant things happen, so, yes.

if a person is unfamiliar with the concept of nightmares, they may interpret it differently, but everybody dreams, and not all dreams are pleasant
You may be correct, but it's impossible for anyone to exist without being exposed to haunting events and fear-inducing personal experiences.
I think so... my most terrififying dreams have been about family members dying, fights with loved ones, falling down, et al.
If they live a normal life they will experience fear, thus they will eventually have a nightmare about it.
If the child where never exposed to any outside events, this would probably be true.
But, short of living in a bubble it is not practical, so yes although the baby is born free of all memories, somewhere along the way, he or she will have experiences, that do lead to nightmares..thank you for your question.
