Do you often get glimpses of people in the street, mistaking them for friends/relatives that have died?

Answer:
Not often, but once, just after my Mum passed away I thought I saw her walking through my village. She had her back to me, and was walking away but it was "definitely" her - same hair, same clothes, everything.
I was so convinced it was her, I ran after her shouting "Mum", much to the surprise of the poor lady I caught up with - It must be something to be mistaken for somebody else's mum.
I don't know who walked away feeling more confused but I was definitely more embarrassed.
No, but apparently I once spooked a guy who thought I was his murdered girlfriend's ghost.
yeah, i see my nan on the bus but she died 4 years ago, wierd!
YES,when my dad died 12 years ago, many times i thought I'd seen him but,i think it's a coping mechanism for some people, because we are used to physically seeing someone our minds associate some similarities to those who have 'past' and when you come to terms that they have 'past' you stop seeing them!
