How do you take out your anger?

That "Hi, My Name Is" song really makes me feel better, no matter what is wrong.
I go nuts. I have anger attacks and I'm basically insane. :)
well i go to my room a peacful place and sit down and deep breathe and when i suck in air i think about all the good things and when i exhail i think about the anger and just let it go do it for about 5 min and u will be ok.
lisen to music and think about all my friends and all the GOOD memories we have had
sometimes i yell and scream...but i'm trying to tone that down a bit cuz it gets scary. i like to just curl up by myself and listen to music until i'm calm again. sometimes i like writing poetry too or a diary.
If I'm home alone, I scream, cry than turn up the music as loud as I can stand it.
If I'm not, I go for a drive, listening to loud music while taking some relaxing deep breaths. I never let my mood make my driving bad though, so sometimes I have to settle with just the breathing at home when I'm not alone. I count to 5, or even 10 while breathing in, than the same while breathing out. If I close my eyes it works better.
I beat my wife. Just kidding! I drink. Alright, I'm kidding again.
I guess I curse, yell a little, same as most people.
If I am seriously mad I go for a long drive in my car to nowhere basically.
Then I beat my wife! There I go again! JK!
it depends on what I am angry at... if there's a real reason I seek justice. but if it's just one of those days type things... I use every one you mentioned. a private temper tantrum hurts no one yet frees the body of negativity.
It all depends on where I am. If I'm home then I scream, cry, throw things, punch walls. If I'm in public then I don't really do much except be very quiet and scowl.
