Like im useless and wont do anything right. How should I deal with it? I just want to stop being scared and go out there.

Answer:
finding a job is scary for eveyone whetherit be your first job or your tenth job. so lets start with some deep breathing execises. relax your shoulders. they need to drop away from you neck. roll your head around in circles to a count of ten and then reverse to a count of ten. then breathe in through your nose slowly to a count of 8. then hold until a count of 4. slowly release through your mouth to a count of 8. repeat until you feel relaxed. you can learn to do this any where you are and noone will know that you are doing it. nut please keep your shoulders down. this makes for good posture .good posture will go along way in interviews. it says something positive about you. now to the interviews. make sure that verything on the applications are filled out neatly and completely. do not leave anything out. if you do that will be a point against you. take your pen with you and make sure it works. when you talk to the interviewer. be aware of your posture. keep a smile on your face, not a big grin just a normal smile.make sure your clothes are neat and clean. be bathed and hair washed. answer all questions that you are asked. don't lie. they come back to bite you in the bottom. at the end of the questionning by the interviewer they usually ask if you have any questions if you do this is a very good time to ask questions if you have any. once you are hired some place then you will usually have someone who will train you for a few days up to a few weeks ,depending on the type of job you have. once you get the hang of it you'll find that really like the job and wonder why you were ever afraid to go looking for it. GOOD LUCK on your job hunting.. hopefully the information i gave you will help you get over your fears. and remember everyone who has ever gone job hunting has felt this way and has survived.
You should really consider enrolling at your local Jr. college. Not only will you expand your education, but they have careers centers and counselors to help you with your career goals...even if you don't have any goals now, they can help you find them. Also, being intelligent is also an instant confidence boost!

you said it yourself, stop being scared and just go out there. Yes it is intimidating, but once you start you will quickly get over it. The key is you have to be confident in yourself. No one wants to hire someone who is afraid to do anything, you have to be confident that you could do a good job.
You are not alone. You are more afraid of failing. Just look at everything as a learning process. If you fail at something at least you tried and now you wont make the same mistakes. We all have to learn the same way.
I've suffered from this type of thinking in the past. I always had a hard time imagining myself being good at things I'd never tried. Struggling with a new job can be stressful because you are bound to make mistakes. You have to keep in mind that making mistakes is a natural part of learning and is acceptable and not a big deal.

I guess for me you have to start focusing on your strengths. Write down the things you have succeeded at or been motivated towards and think about how this qualities would be helpful in a work environment. For example I did a little fundraising for abused women and children and enjoyed talking to a lot of different people and trying to convince them to donate, so I knew I had good people skills and was polite and likeable.
I hear ya buddy! I'm 17 and I started my first job a month ago!I was terrified that I was gonna screw it up and dead scared of failing.. I almost refused going but then my Mom convinced me that I actually have nothing to lose... So what if I screw things up? I have to learn somehow and I needed a starting point... You just have to relax and be confident, be yourself! And don't be afraid of learning...of working... the path to success has failures on it too...
I feel your pain. I'm 20 years old and have 2 jobs in the past. I'm now trying to fiind a replacement job to help me build a career. For 4 years I wanted to be a chef, I loved it, it was fun. Than I stumbled and messed up badly in school and everything fell apart. Now I don't want to be a chef, however its all I know. Now what?
Everyone expects you to find your passion in high school so that you go to college knowing what you want to do. What they don't tell you is that it's not that easy. That its okay if you fail, or mess up. There are tons of resources that you can use. Go to your local department of Labor and enroll in some seminars. Take computer classes, those can get you far. Don't be afraid of being afraid. Me and the rest of the world are right here with you.afraid of life; of getting over all our mistakes.
Hope you're doing well and don't worry because it really is okay.
