Why can't we tell other people's thoughts?

we haven't been blessed with that skill or we are yet to develop it like space travel.
Because our brains are not all wired alike. Thoughts and impulses vary in such a way that it is unlikely that two people would be thinking the same thing all the time.
Sure we can! But, just if we have the skill!
Why can't you (far example) play guitar?!
Cause you don't have the skill to, so, you can learn how to do that, as well as you learn how to play guitar!
if we were able to tell other ppl's thought then this world was no more a peacefullplace for us to live :D...thoughts generates inside the mind so how can we get it...the one who know telepathy is able to know wat other person is thinking but how much this method is reliable God knows better
