Does this ever happen to you? I cant control my auto-suggestion abilities?

So here's the deal. A few years ago I found out that I can influence my body and my organism through thoughts. For example, if I think that a certain spot on my body hurts and I view the spot in my mind, that exact spot will immediately start hurting. Happily, it works vice versa, too. If I concentrate a little, I can make pain in my body or any other forms of unpleasant sensations go away or at least get reduced.

It's not a deep process of concentration or meditation as you might think. It's only a matter of thoughts. But what scares the hell out of me is that sometimes I have no control over this. If I hear about people that have diseases or any health problems, I automatically feel the same thing as they do. that's why I don't even watch the news anymore and I avoid getting in contact with any form of possible danger.

your ability brings a positive result when you are in pain and your brain can fix the problem. when you suffer from negative feelings, you are identifying with the person in pain. perhaps you are afraid of suffering , so it comes on to you automatically when you dwell on the problem . i advise you to be active and sociable . go out of your SELF. enjoy what you have and leave your fears behind you.

It's quite easy to change your heartbeat and manipulate your body with your mind. You can keep on practicing and become even better at it.

Now when it comes to killing yourself, yeah it's possible. But you might be amazed at how strong your natural instinct to keep living is. If you started making yourself sick (say stopping your heart), your body would fight back and you'd probably pass out first. Then you'd rest and wake up feeling a bit more refreshed.

I would recommend practice and discipline for you. Face your fears or they will control you forever.

Try wiggling the antennae. And sometimes wrapping it in aluminum foil helps to pick up better perception.
I'm glad to say, I'm not so bad as you, but if I hear someone has had an heart attack, I automatically feel sensations in my heart as if I am going to have one, because of this I don't watch anymore programs which are medically based. I always avoid the news if I can because I fear of hearing bad news in case it scares me to death. It is all to do with the mind and unfortunately you cannot control your train of thoughts when you feel anxiousness, which is mot likely causing you to have these feelings throughout you body.
