Does anybody feel like there on the verge of insanity like me?
I'm a really strange and crazy person, i confuse a lot of people.
Answer:
I had been feeling that way a lot this year, and a part of last year too.
It has to do with trying to accept my father's death and dealing with the way that has screwed up my brain. Because I have abandonment issues and a weak self-esteem due to his early exit, I feel like whoever I'm dating will leave me (and I make things hard so that he will) and I feel like everyone forms cliques around me, not to mention that I feel ugly. Then PMS kicks in sometimes and makes me want to rip my walls down. How's that for insanity?
Do you have any childhood issues that affect you now? Actually, EVERYBODY does, and psychologists say that we become the person we are at about age 8. The way I discovered my "dad" issue was through a program called Legacy (can't recall the URL right now; I'll post it later). Therapy helped me get deeper into it, and now acupuncture is relieving a lot of stress in me. So it's quite a process, but I'm a lot happier now.
Think about what drives your insanity - particular people, events, annoyances, etc. and develop your whys behind them. Keep going deeper until you hit your childhood. That might give you a clue into your state of mind. And see a therapist or counselor (one that will work on a sliding scale basis). Seeing one doesn't mean your a nut; it means you have courage and respect for your quest for happiness.

are you talking to yourself?
Just don't drink the Kool-Aid.
We all feel weird sometimes. It's part of being human. If you feel seriously, dangerously, crazy, weird go to a doctor.
Oh for heavens sake. I am happy to say that I am not normal. My family and children say I am weird, I say, "thank you." Life is too short to constantly worry about weather we are sane or not. But just in case you are feeling really out o sorts----talk to a good friend.
I know most creative people feel that way quite often. Only one thing to do. You better tighten up your wig. Learn to be as pretentious as you can get away with until you pick up better coping skills. This is one big bad world; don't let it eat you.
It's probably your hormones!!!
sorry, I'm confused.
Do you know what? A lot of people feel the same way. Life is a weird and trying experience, but the alternative is worse. .lol. Have you heard that there is a fine line between genius and insanity? Mostly it's intelligent, deep thinkers that worry they might be crazy. Try asking your friends if they think you seriously need help.
im in debt that ll do it
