Citalopram or remeron which one has the least anti anxiety affects?
which one of these should she take? i want her to take the one that has the least anti anxiety componemnt to it as in i want want her to take the anti depressant that has a lower chance of getting rid of her anxiety because then its just doing the same thing as the benzo and i dont like the way she acts when shes on benzos (i should i been addicted to them for a year) so remeron 15 mg or citalopram 40 mg?

Both are approved for the treatment of depression, but only citalopram is approved for anxiety disorder.
But more specifically, if you are worried about your mom acting like she's on benzos with these drugs, the fact is that they are entirely different classes of medications than benzodiazepines.
She probably needs an antanxiety medication outside of the benzo class or she'll be back on the benzos again!
