What's the difference between a comment and a judgement?

is there any diffrence between a comment and a judgement?
if so, what are those? i'm a bit confused. i dont know if the person im talking to is already judging me or just giving me a comment. sometimes they are offending.

Answer:
A comment can be a judgement, but doesn't have to be.

A judgement is finding a value with something. 'Drugs are bad', 'the movie was too long', 'this caramel is the best ever'.

Observations, on the other hand, merely describe what's going on without putting any value or opinion on it. 'There's a blue car in the driveway.' 'I saw her drink six beers last night.' 'He came home at midnight'.
A comment seems more neutral. Judgment sounds like you are taking a side for or against it.
I would say when you comment its more like an opinion and when you judge your blaming someone for something or saying that somone is something...I dont know but there is a difference...
