Firstly, you must have great confidence in yourself and your abilities. Be realistic, though. Where you know you are weak...take steps to become stronger. Become the best you can possibly be.
Next, you must put yourself out there. Take some chances...calculating the risks. This applies to friendships, relationships and business. No one will succeed by staying to themselves...you need to be 'out there'.
And finally . you must like yourself. Be proud of yourself and your accomplishments. Because there is no success which will fulfill you if you cannot enjoy them.
