I have to write a college paper on a bias in regards to sexuality. We can't write about rape, incest, child molestation, coercive paraphilias ect.

Either transsexual culture or drag culture.
Both are great topics that are seen as "deviant" by mainstream society.
Check out authors like Halberstam (Drag King culture) and Kim Tauches & Viviane Namaste (transsexual culture).
Oh another contested area of sexual culture would be "exotic entertaining" or stripping.
