Why not? As long as no one is getting hurt, its not hurting anything. Lucky girl. My boyfriend seldom will hold my hand. Why is it some men don't do this? By holding them, and "carrying" them they are at least showing there affections.
Studies have shown that physical contact with members of the opposite sex release endorphins and make us feel better. When guys, especially younger ones, hold their girl friends and carry them are expressing their feelings for them.
Younger men lack the experience to physically express their emotions. So sometimes they use the same methods that they use with friends and engage in horse play etc.
