Does the pressure to continuously improve yourself and your life cause you problems, or help you?

Answer:
I think it's basically a good thing, trying to improve myself and the life i'm trying to provide for my kids. It's also alot of pressure, stress, carries alot of anxiety and restlessness. But, I think if a person continues to push themselves, eventually they will get to a point they are comfortable. Atleast I am hoping so lol..
Well this "pressure" keeps me hydrated, fed, and keeps my feces from being overly caked-up in my rectum.

Other than that, I make all my life-choices based on wealth-maximization. I follow the money and it leads me to becoming an M.D. and investing 3/4 of my after-tax fees in Vangard low-fee mutual funds.
