Sleeping, dunno whether to sleep alone or not?

basically im a very jumpy person, scared of all movies etc. My bro used to share rooms with me but he went to college, i have another bro tho but hes 25 and he works and lives with rents atm. Hes sleeping in his room right now and its almost 4 am, i dunno what to do whether to go there and just sneak in his bed and sleep or try to sleep alone. When i sleep alone i hate it and i cant relax properly. No i dont need a counselor/psychiatrist or whatever or a doctor, i just have this thing of sleeping alone since i slept with someone my whole life. Also, we moved in a new house and its relatively old. Im also having bad experiences this passed month having my dad have a seizure and my grandpa dying. Please help!

Answer:
I hate to sleep alone as well. It isn't a result of my childhood or anything. I've always slept alone. It just feels lonely. I definitely don't suggest you sneaking into anyone's room to sleep with them. You're just going to have to find another solution. Personally, (and my friends all think this is weird) I like to sleep on the couch. The backrest feels as if there is someone else lying next to you. Also, you could try to push your bed up against the wall and sleep close to it.
Grow up.
I grew up in a large family and always had to share a bed, so I know what you mean. I've had trouble in the past sleeping alone, and sometimes even now. Talk to someone about your fears.Try to read an upbeat book or watch a feel good movie, think good thoughts prior to going to bed. Drink warm milk, try it all. Your sleeping patterns will change. Good luck to you and sweet dreams...
There comes a point in your life when it's not really appropriate to share a bed anymore with anyone but a spouse, and it sounds like you've reached it. I'm horribly afraid of the dark, and I find it comforting to have the bed against the wall so I have something to sort of snuggle up against. Also, I slept with my big teddy bear until I was 30. Leaving a small light on in your room, or a light in the hall or the bathroom, might help.

Sweet dreams!
You can control your own dreams, they do not have to be unpleasant.
I have used this and it is fantastic
