Yes! People are dying every second of the day because of cigarettes. I actually met a guy that had lung cancer so bad that it had deteriorated his spinal cord! People hear stories like these all the time, yet they continue to smoke...but making it illegal won't stop everyone from smoking, just like making marijuana illegal. It would probably save many other people's lives, like the ones who suffer from effects of second hand smoke.

Marijuana should be legal. I have smoked both, and I can take or leave pot. I cannot quit smoking that easily. More addictive and worse for your health (pot isn't so bad, depending on whether you ingest it or smoke it, and how you smoke it). For god's sake, will people who have no experience with either pot or cigarettes shut up? You have no experience and shouldn't be giving opinions on subjects of which you are ignorant.

No marijuana should be legalized. It is no more harmful than alcohol. It is less addictive than cigarettes. We could even take the tax revenue from the "Cannabis Industry" and do practical things like secure the border. Think of the positive impact that a "Cannabis Industry" would have on our economy.
