How do i overcome fear of anything?

i know its not detailed but there's a lot on my mind and i want to face it all now. thx.

Answer:
I read a book that simply asked, "Will facing your fear literally kill you?" I answered no and belive it or not, this simple thing allowed me to face lots of my fears; personal, professional, educational and so much more.
Good luck!
suck it up
Fear is a by-product that emerges from rejection. So once you overcome your fear of rejection you won't be afraid anymore.
Hey, you've almost overcome your fears already..you are ready to face them. You can do it! Stay focus, deep breath, and go for it! Jump outta that plane, sleep in an elevator, hug a snake...whatever it is..go for it! ha! Good luck!
you have to face your fears. If you do that, wether it goes good or bad, if you face them, you won't count them as a fear anymore.
The best way to overcome a fear is to confront it directly. If you do & your still scared then keep doing it eventually you wont be scared anymore & youll feel proud of yourself that you dealt with it.
man i feel what you're going through. ive overcome many fears in my life and the first thing i did was realize that it could take time to overcome so i would take baby steps.like for example if you're afraid of talking to girls then when you're out, approach a girl u might not normally be attracted to and start up some small talk to build up your confidence.i could go more in the depth but u get the idea.just get to a point to where u dont even think about it anymore.you just DO IT..its all in your head whatever your afraid of.its sounds easier said than done but the best way to not be afraid of something is to not think about it...maybe occupy your mind with other thoughts while facing your fear..once u realize theres nothing to be afraid of then you'll be the man!!
Face it. That's the only way.
go to a psychiatrist..
simple face your fear what ever it may be just take small steps if your afraid of hights go on a bridge then maybe bungie jump then jump out of a plan..ect good luck
I would say the cliched, "you have to face your fear" statement. If that fear is possible to confront (obviously not including the fear of death and things of that nature) you should see it through. I was once afraid of a movie when i was little. As i grew older i kept that fear in me. I would see that movie was coming on tv and i would make sure i did everything in my power to avoid watching it. But during my teens i decided that i couldn't keep running from it and i had to face it so i watched it. It wasnt that bad. I overcame my fear.
I have a lot on my mind now as well. And, I'm here to say that It's hard to face all your fears at once. The best thing thing to do is..
Calm down. When you face one fear then that's when you try to look past it by telling yourself ''you are strong enough to handle this.''
If you try to take on all fears at once, your mind will get over-whelmed and blog out on you. Just relax and knock them out one by one.

I hear ya though on wanting to knock em all out now. stay strong!!
Psychologists would suggest desensitization whereby you approach your fear in small steps until it no longer affects you.
Saturation...Don't just face your fear...Seek it out, corner it, and BITE ITS MOTHERF#CKING HEAD OFF!

Take every opportunity to confront it, just use the guideline of "NPD"..."No Permanent Damage."
As long as you aren't going to cause yourself a crippling injury, don't be afraid...A little discomfort or embarrassment never hurt anybody...
Study it, learn to manipulate it and then do it.

I hated snakes until I was in Panama, i learned about them and started to handel them, now I own 5 of them as pets.
