Where is the place to ask - to get the answer I prefer?

Ask right here. I'll be glad to answer seriously. Just ignore the people who don't give serious answers.
The only way to get a serious answer is to ask something EVERYBODY takes seriously which is not easy. Also you say you want the answer you "prefer"...this means you have to ask people who you will validate your view. Why even ask?
Books, the Internet, a doctor, lawyer, teacher, parent.
