Subliminal Messages?

I downloaded an mp3 with subliminal messages which is supposed to motivate me in some way. I want to know how am I to use it. do i listen to it cnstantly, before a certain occurence, whenever i feel like it? and when will i see or experience results.

i'm not a naysayer and i believe you should try anything, but that crap doesn't work. i've been trying it for a couple of weeks. it wasted my time. there is a free download that flashes subliminal messages on your screen, its call subliminal flash or something but it stupid too. if you're using these tapes to fix your "temporary sadness" there are much better ways to do it for free.

try it when ur sleeping

I must say you are the first person i found that wants to have subliminal messages blatantly affect them. Well a lot of songs have messsages that subconsciously "inspire" you to do something or act a certain way. You do not know what that something is or in what manner it intends you to act. I do believe the more you listen to it the more that message gets played in your head to change or alter you. I really do not know if you will notice the effects or not.

I hear you can get a result that's just as good, if you just place them under your pillow at night. You don't even have to play them.
