Does hypnotism help shyness and how can you tell if you're not anymore?

Answer:
With hypnosis, you have a relaxed, focused awareness. When you're in this relaxed state, you're mind can accept suggestions. These suggestions can go directly into your mind and take hold so that your thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes are permanently changed. All action comes from thought. Many have found hypnosis to be very helpful - When you think differently, you'll behave differently...and get the results that you want. I don't think it will work for everybody - we are all wired just a little different and for some people, that letting change into their life is very difficult.

I was extremely shy as a kid, (hiding under tables shy) and then one day I woke up and just wasn't anymore. I'm not sure what happened to make it ok for me to be different...
I guess I'm not sure and u'll know when u find urself doing things u normally whouldn't like walking upto people and not be afraid to speak ur mind.
Hypnotism works. If you are shy, then tell yourself many times a day, you are not shy and then demonstrate it by telling a story of some kind when you are out among others. Self-esteem has a lot to do with shyness, therefore it takes you to begin to realize that you can tell stories, carry on a conversation if you tried. Just be yourself, others will accept you for being yourself. Give it a try sometime and you will see. Perhaps prepare yourself learning a funny stories or a topic of some kind. People want you to succeed.
