Do you have the same old fear?
I am wondering. When we are young, we were told by our elders what to do. We are expected to follow their instructions deligently or else we will be reprimanded. This can happen right in our own homes or in school. Sometimes, school can be so strict the headmaster can even caned us.
As such, on many occasions, when we complied with orders from the top, we complied because of the fear in us. We would be afraid if we did not carry out the instructions accorded, there would be unimaginable consequences.
However, as you grow older, do you feel like this? In your place of work, do you still fear your boss or supervisor like you fear your headmaster.
Do you have the same fear if you had done something wrong? Will you fear the unimaginable consequences?
In short, do you treat your boss like your former headmaster or your parents? Do you have the same fear of them like you fear your former headmaster? Do you tremble when your boss gives you a dressing down for what you had done?
If you don't, how did you loose the fear you used to have?
Answer:
I have grown wiser over the years. I don't have the same fears, that I use to have. I have managed to conquer all my fears, faced them head on. There is really nothing to fear but fear itself. Remember, God is large and in charge.
Have a good day.
Sir, all the efforts from all sides of our community are to direct the children to the desired behavioural patterns. Sometimes the efforts have life time lasting effects. One of my bosses was very short tempered and used to shout at me at every opportunity. Slowly I have started to listen attentively and introspect for facts.Where ever he was correct, I used to admit straght away with phrases like I understand sir/ I will take care/I
will not repeat this etc .Straight acceptance is half solution to harsh bosses. If you feel that he is unreasonably angry try telling him gently that you underatand that he is unhappy with you. AND you would iimprove your performance
i don't have a boss.
and i don't think i would have one
one day !
