I work with the golden child...?

That is what we call her anyway. She is young and claims to be 1/2 point from being a genius. She is always screwing up at work but the supervisor doesn't see it and he won't listen to anyone about her problems and mistakes. How do you convince your supervisor that she is not all that she makes out to be. Other people are missing out on opportunities because of her.

Answer:
Start keeping a record of her screwups and the people who are affected by them. Also record what you or others had to do to clean up after Little Miss Perfect. Accumulate your "evidence" and then present it to your supervisor when the moment is right.

A person who's REALLY good doesn't have to tell people they are - it's obvious :-)
Mind your own business. If you want the attention of your supervisor, then do your work in an exemplary fashion. As for "goldie" being a genius, what difference does it make. She is working just like everyone else.
