the parts of your life that who feel confident with are probably the parts you are most comfortable with. so there is absolutely nothing wrong with you at all, the parts that you feel lost on, are in essences stumbling blocks or learning curves you will in time be as confident with these things as you are with everything else, it's just a learning curve, it will be OK
cause you can have one without the others

you need to think about the positive things in life. i was in this rut about 4 months ago. i started thinking about he things i know im good at and the things i enjoy. i like to make rings and work on my old 72 chevy truck and i know im good at my job. so start looking at those things that just tickle your pickle. start doing the things that you really enjoy. i started working on some rings for people and i was slowly getting into them and now i love doing it again, i work on my rings and i become happy and calm. the things taht you enjoy will make you happy and who knows if your doing something you enjoy people will notice and a guy may notice. the more you make your self happy the more people notice and want to ba around you. i would love to chat with you if you want.

I know what you mean I have the same problem a lot of the times I think most people do. What helps me out is to write down all the things I like about myself and all the things I dont like and then make a plan on how to change the things I dont like about myself and stick with it. And it helps to see all the good things about you and believe me you will be able to think of a lot of things you like it may suprise you even. Another thing that helps me is to be around people who care about me the most and when Im down in the dumps I think of the people who care about me and it makes me happy just knowing I have so many people who really do care. Ask them what it is they like about you they see things we dont so that helps too.
