I want to discuss my thoughts.does anybody want to read it?

there are so many problems in my life.i am growing as a pessimist .plz help me..

write down all the things you like and love... write down everything that makes you happy on small pieces of paper ... write down things about your favorite people... family members friends or even celebrities.. fold each of them up and drop them in a jar... each time you are feeling down, go to your jar and pull out a piece of paper.. it just may make you feel better!
take and enjoy everyday of your life.!
you are here for a reason...
be happy because us humans dont live very long :(
find a few activities that you enjoy~~~~! and do them!
Find a way to fix your problems...I can't really help if I don't know the problem.even then I can only suggest advice...Change the way you think. Make the glass half full instead of half empty. Make yourself do it until it becomes natural. I hope it helps!
Human beings have a brain specifically designed to solve problems. Every human being on Earth struggles with problems every day. Sit down, make a list of your major problems and make a plan how to begin to solve them. If you can't do it alone, find a support group. There are all kinds of free groups out there. Good luck.
