Can anybody help my friend to answer some of commonly ask interview questions. Like What is your weakness? etc

What is your strengh? my greatest strength is the ability to problem solve.
Some of the client angry and upset? attend to the customer [client] with consideration and concern. speak with authority and respect for the client.
You need some help to finsh your job? yes, i could designate the typing to someone else while i attend to the business that needs my help immediately.
Fellow co worker stealing somthing and you see it? i speak to the co worker first and tell them to put back what was stolen. if not, i will tell.
Your collegues harassing you while you are working? i step aside and speak to the supervisor quietly.
How you can help the company? i will be an asset because i am energetic and willing to do what it takes to make the company the best it can be. i can help by doing my job and then going beyond the call of duty and going the extra mile.

Your co-worker doesn't want to give you hand? ask for help from my co worker. if not, ask another co worker.
Some work you don't like to do but it is part of your job? so i do the work i don't like first so i can get it over with. i don't like to clean the toilets, but, if it is my job, i will clean them and clean them well.
Some machine you don't know howe to operate? i won't operate a machine if i have not been trained on it. machinery is expensive and my employee should provide me with instruction if i am to work on that machinery.
One way may be is to practice for interviews. I have heard that using role playing is helpful.
Get a friend that you like and trust and give them the list of questions you posted. Have them play the role of the interviewer by asking these questions to you, as if you are on a mock interview. Run thru this a few times and you will be ready for the real thing. Good luck with the new job!
