CUSTODY ISSUE: Anyone know of any Psych studies on overnights by the opposite sex?
I am looking for any learned reference concerning the effects, if any of overnights of paramours when there is shared custody. Thanks.

I do not know that there are any scientific studies on this. And it really depends on the ages of the children and thier contact with the new boyfriend/girlfriend.
However, I can tell you that a parent's sex life, promiscuity, ect will not be considered in a custody case against them. Unless the paramour poses an obvious threat to the children there is nothing that can be done. A divorced parent has the right to date and have sex. It might not be wise but I really don't see that there is anything you can do about it.
