How to deal with PERVS?
Answer:
Take your cell phone with you when you go running, and immidiately call 911, when you are subjected to any abuse by a perv. They will call in the nearest patrolling officers in your area and hopefully will arrest the perv for indecent exposure.

It is amazing how many of them are out there..my encounters have been with my sister in a park and a guy exposed himself...we started laughing..really hard..he closed his jacket cussed at us and went away..we reported him...the second was with my daughtes when they were 16 and 11 a guy right behind kmart masturbating..he was spanish..I yelled at him in spanish that I was calling the cops and he was crazy in the head as he scrambled to compose himself as he was running off..he was caught, others had seen him too and reported him..thats all you can do is report them...I have found they want a reaction...usually of fear or discust...if you dont give them what they want...or give them a reaction like me and my sister did...it shocks them and they go away quickly...laughing and pointing at the naked man would have made him humilated instead of in control...seldom are culprits who expose themselves harmful..just messed up...when they are humilated it stops them dead in their tracks...they usually have little or no self esteem...hope it helps
Gotta report them. Too often that sort of behavior is just the beginning, and can lead to more deliberate sexual offenses.
Also, good advice to bring a cell with you. Not a good idea to be out alone at night without one. Sad, but true.
