Absolutely! I think everyone has both - havent done something they think they should have or done something shouldnt have.
But end of the day, as much as we regret, we should also analyze it and learn so that we dont commit the same mistake over and again.
That said, I am not there yet :) and doubt if I ever will

I have some big as regrets from when I was a teenager, but now I can use it as knowledge and hopefully warn others. My poor parents!!

Some say that you shouldn't regret things because at one time you wanted to do it. Well, people change and realize they may have done something very stupid and wish they could take it back. I have several regrets, but I try not to dwell on them because I'll never be able to change it. The best thing to do is learn from it and do better the next time.
I'm not sure you can reach my age and not look back and think of something you wished you had done.. or something you feel bad about doing. That's life. We all make mistakes, we all have unfulfilled dreams.
