What is the meaning/interpretation behind doodling the alphabet?

I am constantly doodling the alphabet and I am curious as to what the psycological meaning behind this is?

Answer:
the 'classical' psych' answer would be about identity - it's a self-feedback loop. you doodle and ponder in a kinda wordless way, what it is to be you, as you do it.
NLP might give you some stuff about the kinaesthetic learning style - that some people think and learn better when they are doing something physical at the same time...classic 'kinaesthetic unconscious' types tend to doodle in classes and lectures and it really helps the stuff 'go in'!
but these are broad answers - i used to doodle my handwriting by going over and over the alphabet because my dad was critical of my handwriting, for example, and i thought it really mattered!
maybe what's more important is whether you enjoy it or not or whether it seems useful in some way.
Anyone who does this is secretly planning to overthrow the government.
