I feel like i'm a very sane individual and i know what i want but, find myself slipping into old habits and being lazy. What is some general advice for straightening my act up..

I have many things I don't feel like doing,I do them anyway.
The first time you wake up in the morning, don't go back to bed. Get up out of bed and start doing something to start your day off. Do something constructive and useful.
