It seems that you are focusing on the solution and not the problem. the problem seems to be you lack of interest in others. This might be a form of depression and you need to find professional help. Therapy might work. Also try to focus on getting in touch with people that have the same interests as you. Get out and meet them. Turn off you computer and interact with the real world. You might find it just as interesting.
ill talk to ya...babe it takes 21 days to make a habit and 14 days to break a habit or vice versa iread it...just try even if u can someone who likes the pc aswell and talk to them about there experiences and problems on the pc.its a start.
Pick a few days out of the week to have no contact with your PC. Say, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Unplug it the night before and do NOT plug it in until the morning after. Get out and live your life! Go do things. Find anything to do. Go to a concert. Make some friends. Go to the library. Talk a walk in the park. I think if you do this you'll start finding that there is much more to life than this box. You can still use it on the other days and I promise you wont miss anything. Good luck :)
