How do you handle backstabbing co-workers on your last day of work?
Answer:
As much as your flesh wants to get revenge and retaliate, the best way to handle this is to close all doors on a good note. Regardless of what they say behind your back, it really doesn't matter. Don't allow it to effect you. Keep it simple, professional and just move on and always remember that when you encounter warfare, it's merely a sign that you are making progress, someone has noticed and reacted, possibly out of jealousy. Keep your shoulders back and head held high. :)
if it is your last day of work and you'll never see them again, f*ck with them...and eye for an eye
say good-bye to them just like you say it to anyone else there. this could inspire a guilt complex in at least one of them. so, don't be surprised if you get a call from one of your tormentors after you quit.
Lots of smiles and excitement about it being your last day. Kill them with kindness. You don't want to lower yourself to their level.
Take a bag of popcorn into the break room... put it in the microwave... press 10 minutes. walk away.
Graciously. Be nice and never let them know that you've been hurt by them. Maybe add in a practicle joke or two LOL
hey
you should say nice things to them making them feel bad for what they did. If you could thank them for what they did this is what is going to haunt them for the rest of their life. They will feel bad when you do say nice things to them.
Good luck
Take care
if i was in that situation, i wouldn't see it as an opportunity to even the score as it's the last day of work, i'd mantain my standards in life regardless of the situation at the time. i wouldn't let other people force me into being something i'm not.
i don't know if this is what you may have being hinting at or not?
