Feeling low of energy..?

I've been feeling low of energy recently,
and i feel like i wanna see nobody.
I dont know if this is from a mental thing or a physical thing.
I dont have anything to worry about or bothering me right now, well..except for this. but I'm not taking this too seriously.
well...could this be a mental thing? if not what is this??
ps. i feel dizzy when i stand up. could this have something to do with this??

i dont think its a mental thing.. i think its a health thing...

try to jot down what you eat and see if thats healthy.. or enough to keep you going

also go to the doctor for a physical and tell your doctor how you feel and if may be symptoms of a health problem

make sure you get enough sleep

are you doing any hard work, have you been stressed, just broke up w/ someone, have you partied too hard.. have you been sleeping late...

PS: drink water and keep you body hydrated during the summer... it may also be the heat...
Feeling dizzy and having fatigue, might mean you have a serious physical illness (mental illnesses dont present with dizziness) . You need to seek a physician right away!
Go get a physical. You could be having any number of health issues. Have you had your blood sugar checked recently? I'd go get things checked out just in case. Good luck :)
Orthostatic hypo-tension (blood pressure drops upon standing up from a lying down position causing faintness and dizziness) in itself will not cause psychological problems.

You have two different issues to deal with. Finding the cause of your orthostatic hypo-tension and lack of energy, which seeing you general physician should help you with this. It may be something as simple as drinking too much water that has caused an imbalance in your electrolytes. If is it something more cardiac the sooner you tend to it the better your chances of nipping it in the butt before any permanent (or further) damage occurs.

As for the not wanting to be around anyone there are a number of possibilities that are not necessarily related to depression. If you have been doing a lot in your life, you may feel overloaded and just need time alone to get your balance back. If you have low energy level for any reason, no one wants to entertain when tired. If you are content being alone or are a person that requires down time, then it is normal to need some time alone. If you live with other people, you may feel over stimulation and just need a break.

If by chance you do feel a lot of guilt and anxiety because you do not want to be with anyone else, you may seek advice from a crisis hot line, clergy, your doctor or a counselor.
