Sleep. Depression. Anxiety. Help.?

I don't want to sleep tonight ..but then I'll be depressed tomorrow all day because then I'll think to myself: I have to go to bed tonight ...and the longer I stay up, the more sleep becomes inevitable ..it's like it's ruining my day tomorrow if I choose to stay up tonight because then I don't have the Freedom to choose if I want to stay up all night or not ..and now that depresses me a bit ...

I know this sound weird ..but can someone place some rationality to this?>
