suppose you are a minor and you feel it is okay to dring but society says No! what kind of pressure is society going to bring down on you to get you to move your behavior so that it is more in line with society's standards??

lol, ummmmmmmmm..dude, there really is a reason why drinkin is bad for you under the age of 21-it has to do with brain development. but hey, don't take my word for it, you can always do it anyway (most teens do) and say you're experimenting to see how brain damaged you can become..sorry-that sounds mean-i really didn't mean to sound mean!
If your underage to drink then the secret is not to drink to much and get drunk and behave like an idiot.
By the way in Australia you can drink from the age of 18.
The reason why you have to be a certain age to drink is because they want you to be able to make mature decision when you drink. When you are really young you do not think out your actions quite as well as if you had already made a few bad decisions and learned from your experiences. The rules are set in place to keep you and others safe. That is why they are in place. So if you are going to break the rules I simply ask you to stay off the road when you do it. I have had several friends die in alcohol related car crashes. It is not fair that people should have to pay for other peoples mistakes. Be smart about it.
