How to deal with Frustrating situation?

there are sometime situation that is so frustrating and so painfull that i hate it , what can i do to like deal with it in a good way?

Answer:
Remind yourself that this situation, for all of it's problems, will not kill you. In fact, it probably won't even maim you in in any permanent way - no scarring or amputation. Totally survivable.
I find that getting sleep helps.You could try meditating.That usually works too.
,in olden days people usually get support from their friends, now a days our friend are not ready to shoulder our worry. Try to read good books, see good heroic D,V,D, films.
it will refresh your mind. now ,computer also refresh them self.
