Why is my mom stressed?

my mom is constintly stressed i hate being around her. what should i do?

Find out what her fear is? When you get to the root of her axiety you both can overcome it. If it's your safety, no worries all mommies are the same. She also may have axiety disorders too. Have her see a professional.
Encourage her to seek professional help. See a doctor to refer her to a specialist. There is nothing wrong with asking for help.
Awww ...that's not good. Ask her what is stressing her nicely and i'm sure she will talk with you about it and maybe you can help her with her issues.Give her a big hug and and just ask her hon , i hope you can help her with her distress God bless.
theres only one way to find out, just ask her? Let her know that you have noticed and that you care. It could be anything form Pressure at work, Financial problems or something physical like the menopause, encourage her to tell you and tell her that when you know what the problem is then you can tackle it together, a problem shared is a problem halved!
HA!! Many reasons my dear. I had to get help myself just to stop snapping all the time. She probably is stressed over her job, cleaning, money, cleaning, getting everybody taken care of, cleaning, perhaps finding time for herself, and cleaning. Most woman care 90% about their surroundings (people and objects) and 10% about themselves. We feel we can't relax unless it is ALL DONE! Well that will never happen...mostly never happen. So she needs a little help from everybody else. As long as you and your siblings and father are contributing 100% then it might be time she sees the doctor. But don't you tell her that!! Just hang in there. You can talk to your father or grandmother or someone close to her that can suggest help. Good luck!
