A) The "choir"
B) People who want a reason to get P!ss*d Off
I never knew this and now I must admit I wonder about all the Talk Show hosts that are out there. The only one that isn't claiming doctor status is Oprah! She has the best answers from time to time.

How do you trust anyone to make a diagnosis over the TV or telephone? It's damn near impossible to help someone with something psychologically, physiologically, or medically when they are not sitting right in front of you.
And yet they do...and Dr. Phil as well.
