Why it happens that one while presenting or facing peopl, feel shivering, become faint?
Answer:
Do you mean as in public speaking? I get weird when I have to do something like that. I think it's just a panic/anxiety attack. My vision will blur and I'll start talking really fast and sweating. It's just something that takes practice. Start out with a small crowd of family/friends. Then keep upping the ante with more people and people you don't know. You could talk to a teacher and put together some kind of speach/lecture and see if they'll let you come in and talk. Try it with young kids to build your confidence.
Many people have anxiety attacks as an aspect of Social Anxiety.
It's a good idea to contact a counseling center or other mental health support. It's a pretty common problem and can often be helped with techniques like deep breathing and other intentional relaxation tools.
For some people more help is required.
One important thing is that the sooner you get some helpful intervention, the better because it tends to be self reinforcing.

It is said that the fear of public speaking is greater than people's fear of death, so it's natural that one would feel anxious. It took me a while to get over it and the key seems to be doing it in spite of the fact that you're anxious. If you've not taken a public speaking course at your local college or university yet, I wholeheartedly suggest it. When you do, you'll discover that _everyone_ else in the room is at least as nervous as you are, and you may find that there's someone there who is more nervous than you. The sympathy you'll get from the group will help you gain the confidence you need to speak or present in public with less anxiety.
hmm i think its important that you understand the reasons why you fear public speaking and i assume formal settings or meetings as well.
Were you ever this nervous when you were say 9 years old and had to present a speech to the class?? If thats the case , then perhaps you do suffer from social anxiety or public speaking phobia. Otherwise, it could be something else in your life experience that led to it this way.
Since i dont know you personally and cant judge based simply on your question, i would just say that underlying reasons could be things like
1) not wanting to screw up and become a buffoon in front of 10,000 people - because you are concerned about how people look at you
Solution: strip off your clothes, dance nude in the streets. Seriously, if you are having a public speech, you could either treat the audience as if they were your friends, or really rehearse what you have to say.
At the end of the day, many phobias are learnt as self defence mechanisms or such. If you get to the root of the phobia, you can definitely overcome it.
