Why do some people, like myself (within age 15-16) have premature grey hair in their teenage?
Answer:
I think the being scared causing grey hair thing is an old wives tale. It is genetics.
My wife starting going gre as a teen too. It's all genetics, there's always hair dye if it bothers you. Good luck.
My son sprouted a few gray hairs in junior high, his father started to Grey in early high school and so did his grandfather. I would have to say it is genetics. Lucky for him, all the men on that side of the family may go gray early but keep their hair until the day they die. No one has gone bald or had any receding hair line.
Emotional factors play an effect in your physical appearance such as your body posture or wrinkles and and can effect your physical health. People with many mental problems seem to be in poorer overall health.
I got my first grey hairs at around 15 or 16. By the time I was 40, my beard had more grey than black, and I had more grey hair than my maternal grandmother had at age 70.
At 51, my beard is white when I allow it, and my hair is pretty much iron grey when I let it.
FWIW, I've battled depression all my life.

No, it's just that some bad genes can cause both physical and psychological disorders, so the gene responsible for your hypomania might be responsible for your unusual hair color as well.
genetics baby, my mother had her first gray hair when she was 16
Hair grows white when the color pigment (melanin) ceases to be produced in the hair follicle and small air spaces take its place. To check graying of hair, mix lemon juice in olive oil, beat till frothy and apply on scalp and wash off after an hour. Premature graying of hair can be postponed by using a strong decotion of black tea and a tablespoon of salt, strain and apply to the roots for 45 minutes and wash with water. Don't shampoo.
